Through hands-on experience in both preconstruction and project management, he discovered a passion for guiding projects from concept to completion. That dual perspective gave him the confidence to launch his own business, built on clarity, trust, and collaboration.
What sets Jenner apart is his focus on relationships. He believes the best outcomes come from strong partnerships, whether with clients, trade teams, or colleagues. His approach is grounded, transparent, and personal, making him someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
Outside of High Point Development, Jenner found a passion for snowboarding during his undergrad at Colorado State University and spends many winter weekends in the mountains. He also loves traveling abroad and giving back to the community.
With over 11 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Hunter brings a sharp, strategic mindset and a passion for building to his role as Partner at High Point Development. His career journey has taken him through both subcontractor and general contractor environments, where he’s thrived in roles ranging from Project Engineer and Project Manager to Preconstruction Management. This breadth of experience gives Hunter a rare, 360-degree view of the construction process from conceptual budgeting to the final punch list.
Known for his ability to anticipate challenges and drive results, Hunter approaches every project with a unique blend of technical expertise and big picture thinking. His diverse background ensures seamless collaboration across teams, delivering projects that are on time, on budget, and built to exceed expectations.
Outside the job site, Hunter is an avid golfer, an enthusiastic outdoorsman, and a proud member of the Scottsdale Saguaros, where he channels his energy into giving back to the community.
